Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with athletes of all ages and skill levels, committed to safety, and skilled in developing strong fundamentals and competitive routines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach recreational and/or competitive gymnastics classes.

Teach proper techniques, progressions, and conditioning.

Create engaging, level-appropriate lesson plans and routines.

Ensure athlete safety through proper spotting and injury prevention.

Provide positive, constructive feedback to athletes.

Communicate with parents and staff in a professional manner.

Maintain a fun, disciplined, and inclusive environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Solid understanding of gymnastics techniques and progressions.

Strong spotting and safety skills.

Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Ability to work with children and teens in a positive, patient manner.

B.P.Ed/M.P.Ed (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

Previous coaching experience (recreational or competitive).

Knowledge of judging criteria and routine composition.

Notice Period : Within 30 days

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
