Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Gym Trainer to join our fitness team. The trainer will be responsible for guiding members in their fitness journey, creating personalized workout plans, and ensuring safe and effective exercise practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist gym members with proper use of equipment.
  • Design and demonstrate workout plans according to clients’ fitness goals (weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, etc.).
  • Provide guidance on exercise techniques, posture, and injury prevention.
  • Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Conduct group fitness classes or one-on-one personal training sessions.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to workout plans.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly gym environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a fitness/gym trainer (preferred).
  • Certification in fitness training or related field (advantageous).
  • Strong knowledge of exercise routines, nutrition, and wellness.
  • Good communication and motivational skills.
  • Passion for health and fitness.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week

Work Location: In person
