Role & Responsibilities

• Assist members with workouts, training form, and fitness routines
• Create safe, effective exercise plans based on member goals
• Manage gym floor activities and maintain equipment discipline
• Offer Personal Training sessions (optional but highly encouraged)
• Help maintain a positive, motivating environment for all members

Requirements

• Prior experience as a fitness trainer (Certified trainers preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to guide beginners and advanced fitness clients
• Passion for fitness, discipline, and continuous learning
• Professional and respectful behaviour at all times
