You’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, motivating the sales team, following up with leads, and ensuring monthly targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team membership targets. Manage daily sales operations, including tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
