About the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our gym’s sales operations and team. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales experience — whether or not you’ve worked in the fitness industry before. You’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, motivating the sales team, following up with leads, and ensuring monthly targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team membership targets. Manage daily sales operations, including tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Work day to day with CEO on the gym operation, Sales and day to day handling! Personally handle and follow up on inbound inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online leads) to ensure sales opportunities are maximized. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve results. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with club promotions and member experience goals. Maintain accurate records of sales, prospects, and customer feedback. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for bonuses. Requirements: Proven experience in sales management or a senior sales role (any industry). Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized with a proactive and target-driven mindset.
