Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and passionate General Trainer to join our team. The role involves guiding members through workouts, ensuring proper techniques, designing general fitness routines, and providing a safe and motivating gym environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with their workout routines.
• Demonstrate proper usage of fitness equipment and ensure safety standards.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions as required.
• Design general workout plans tailored to different fitness levels.
• Monitor member progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training area.
• Motivate and encourage members to stay consistent with their fitness goals.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a fitness trainer or gym instructor.
• Certification in fitness training (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, strength training, and cardio workouts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate individuals and groups.
• Physically fit and enthusiastic about health and fitness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
