Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of gym or personal training experience and strong communication skills.

Job Description:

The company is hiring an experienced and passionate Gym Trainer to guide members in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personal training sessions and create customized workout plans.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure member safety.
• Evaluate fitness levels, track progress, and motivate clients to achieve results.
• Educate members on nutrition, fitness regimes, and injury prevention.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workout areas and equipment.
• Support in club events, fitness challenges, and health workshops.

Requirements:

• Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training / Gym Instruction.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a gym or fitness trainer.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a motivating personality.
• Knowledge of strength training, cardio, and functional fitness routines.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping people transform.
