GYM Sales Executive

As a Sales Consultant, your primary role is to achieve and exceed sales targets within the given timeline. You will be responsible for generating revenue from various sources such as memberships, personal training, and supplementary services. Your duties will include attending to walk-ins resulting from marketing efforts and ensuring a high conversion rate. In case of objections or concerns from potential members, you must address them effectively and escalate to the Sales Manager or General Manager when necessary. It is essential to ensure a smooth handover of ongoing prospects during shift changes and issue welcome kits while maintaining proper documentation with member signatures. - Proven experience in sales or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a target-driven environment - Excellent customer service skills The company offers a range of benefits including a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and paid time off.
