Job Title: Gym Counseler Location: Core 04 Gym , Thane West Salary: 10000 to 15000 Experience Required: 1 to 2 years Shift Timing: Morning / Evening Job Description: Core 04 Gym is seeking a motivated and energetic : Gym Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving gym memberships, promoting fitness packages, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding memberships and services Provide detailed information about gym facilities, plans, and offers Convert leads into memberships through effective sales strategies Maintain relationships with existing members for referrals and renewals Assist with front desk duties and client follow-ups Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to gym growth Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented and self-driven Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools preferred) Prior experience in the fitness industry is a plus Perks: Performance-based incentives Free gym membership Dynamic and energetic work environment
