Key Responsibilities :- Prepare and cook a diverse range of South Indian dishes Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen Ensure consistency and quality of food preparation Manage inventory and assist with food cost control Maintain proper food storage and safety protocols Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an South Indian Chef Ability to manage kitchen operations independently Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Team player with strong communication skills Education: No formal education required; culinary certification is a plus Salary: Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month ((based on experience).
