Job Description: Dispatch Executive Position: Dispatch Executive Location: GIDC, Lodhika, Rajkot Employment Type: Full-time Gender : Male Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage administrative tasks related to Microsoft Office, banking documentation, logistics, and certification processes. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth back-office operations, accurate documentation, and timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Microsoft Office Tasks: Create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Maintain and update databases and records with accuracy. 2. Banking Documentation: Handle submission of banking documents. 3. Logistics Coordination: Maintain logistics records, including price negotiation, shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and inventory management. Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations. 4. Certification and Compliance: Preparing, managing, and submitting documents for certifications (e.g., ISO, regulatory approvals). Ensure all documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards. 5. Documentation and Filing: Organize and maintain a filing system for all operational, financial, and logistical documents. Ensure timely updates and retrieval of documents as needed. 6. Communication and Support: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient workflows. Provide support in resolving documentation or process-related issues. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Understanding of banking and other required documentation, certifications processes, logistics management. Knowledge of logistics and certifications procedures. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with ERP systems or document management tools is an advantage. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
