Provide support in resolving documentation or process-related issues. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Understanding of banking and other required documentation, certifications processes, logistics management. Knowledge of logistics and certifications procedures. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
