Ø Manufacture 100% quality while ensuring limited down time of lines, meet 100% efficiency goals and waste goals. Ø Wastage Target within the prescribed limit including trim Ø Maintaining the machines and Systems at a regular interval as per norms. Ø 100% plant and company safety compliance to be followed Ø Always partner with seniors before making any adjustment outside specification on lines. Ø Improvement Suggestion. Ø Find Out Near Miss and develop safety culture.
