Guidewire Rating Developer

• We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Rating Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire Rating architecture and algorithms
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter, deep knowledge of P&C Insurance, and proven ability to design, develop, and manage complex Guidewire rating solutions
• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and deploy Guidewire Rating solutions using best practices
• Work extensively on GWPC Rating components including RateBooks, Rate Routines, RateTables, Parameter Sets
• Develop and maintain GOSU code across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter
• Implement Rating Engine logic, Cost Data, and DTO-based rating solutions
• Perform GUnit/JUnit testing for business logic validation
• Manage code merges, environments, upgrades, and Guidewire version changes
• Lead development teams and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams
• Perform architecture design, solution estimation, sprint demos, and code reviews
• Identify and resolve rating-related issues proactively in production and lower environments
