Job Title: Guidewire Policy Center Developer Position: Senior Software Engineer Experience: 5 - 8 Years Category: Software Development/ Engineering Shift: General Main location: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad Position ID: J1125-2361 Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Position Description: Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Guidewire-based solutions, including customizations and new features.
• Configure product models, rating engines, and business rules using the Policy Configuration tool.
• Develop and integrate the platform with other internal and external systems using tools like REST APIs.
• Write clean, high-quality code in GOSU and Java.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to policy center configuration, data migration, and integrations.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and perform unit and integration testing.
