Job Description

As a Product Consultant, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to project management, design and implementation, testing, innovation, capability building, knowledge management, and people management. In the pre-sales phase, you will engage with customers to showcase solutions, ensure technical feasibility, and create case studies under guidance when required. You will also analyze customer requirements, provide recommendations, and coordinate with onsite teams/clients for requirements gathering. During project management, you will be responsible for creating project estimates, participating in deployment activities, preparing status reports, and conducting impact analysis for change requests. You will also monitor design, development, and testing to ensure alignment with requirements and guide the product specialist in translating high-level designs into detailed designs. Your role will involve creating unit test cases, reviewing test strategy documents, providing UAT and implementation support, and driving clarifications/defect resolution for timely deployment. Additionally, you will contribute ideas for improvements, identify best practices, and participate in capability building by preparing guidelines, delivering training, and mentoring team members. In terms of knowledge management, you will update knowledge assets, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and contribute to the learning and career plans of team members.
