As a Technical Lead within the Technology Consulting team, your primary role will involve working on diverse Guidewire implementation projects for clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will include leading technical aspects of the projects, collaborating with onsite coordinators, overseeing project deliverables, guiding the project team, providing regular status updates to managers, engaging with customers when necessary, and being open to travel as required. In your capacity as a team leader, you will play a vital role in fostering a culture of quality, managing performance evaluations for direct reports, promoting teamwork, providing training and mentorship to project resources, and actively participating in organizational people initiatives. We are seeking candidates who hold a BE/BTech/MCA degree with a robust industry background spanning 3 to 7 years. Essential skills for this role include expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance, Java (5+), JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, Enterprise Messaging Systems, Tomcat, and/or Websphere/Weblogic. Additionally, real-time knowledge of enterprise system integration, particularly within the Insurance domain, and familiarity with software development best practices are crucial. Strong communication and leadership skills, prior client-facing experience, and exposure to Guidewire implementations in the Insurance sector are preferred qualifications.
