Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical aspects of Guidewire implementation projects as part of the Technology Consulting team - Collaborate with the onsite coordinators and project team to ensure successful project delivery - Mentor and guide the project team in project execution - Provide regular project status updates to the Manager and onsite coordinators - Engage with customer representatives as necessary - Be willing to travel to customer locations as required Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 7 years of industry experience - Demonstrable expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration, Property & Casualty Insurance, and Commercial Lines of Business - Proficiency in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, Enterprise Messaging System, Tomcat, and/or Websphere/Weblogic - Knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain - Familiarity with software development best practices - Strong business communication and leadership skills - Prior experience in client-facing roles Additional Company Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
