The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter in both integration and configuration. A strong background in the UK Insurance Domain is crucial, along with proficiency in SCM tools like SVN and Jenkins. Experience with GUnit and a commitment to test-driven development are highly valued. The ability to mentor junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing is also important.
