As a Senior Software Engineer at ValueMomentum, you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team of engineers who thrive on tackling complex business challenges with innovative solutions while transforming the P&C insurance value chain. Your role will involve configuring and integrating Guidewire ClaimCenter, and contributing to impactful projects that make a difference in the industry. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and enhance design documents for product configuration including field mapping, data definition, and rules definition. - Understand the product vision and technical solution architecture expectations. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of application development projects involving complex business rules. - Configure and develop various areas of Guidewire Integration such as transactions, job/batch configuration, messaging, and web services. - Work on third-party integrations for ClaimCenter. - Identify value additions for configuration components to gain efficiency and productivity. - Work on WBS creation from user stories and ensure application code is developed as per defined architecture standards. - Responsible for Sprint and Release deployments and conducting thorough impact analysis. **Requirements:** - Strong technical expertise and work experience in GW ClaimCenter Integration. - Experience in GOSU scripting is mandatory. - Strong database skills, preferably in SQL Server 2012 or ORACLE 11g. - Experience in code merging and release deployment activities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently on complex technical tasks and be an excellent team player. - Hands-on experience in CC Configuration areas is a plus. **About ValueMomentum:** ValueMomentum is a leading solutions provider for the global property & casualty insurance industry, offering comprehensive services across the entire P&C insurance value chain.
