Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in Guidewire implementation projects, with a strong background in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, and ANT. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects as a team leader. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure successful project execution. Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team to meet client expectations. Mentor the project team in executing identified projects and provide guidance on best practices. Regularly report status to the Manager and onsite coordinators to track progress. Interface with customer representatives as needed to resolve issues and address concerns. Willing to travel to customer locations when necessary. ### Job Requirements Experience in Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration, including knowledge of Delinquency, Disbursements, Collections, Write-off, Transfer Policy, and New Payment Batch. Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance concepts and principles. Proficiency in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Experience with Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Strong knowledge and experience with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic. Excellent business communication skills and leadership abilities. Prior client-facing experience is preferred. Experience in Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the Insurance sector is preferred. Understanding and experience of software development best practices. Real-time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from an Insurance domain background.
