Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer at ValueMomentums Engineering Center, you will play a key role in designing solutions to solve customers" business problems and guiding a team of software developers. Your primary responsibility will be the configuration and integration of Guidewire BillingCenter. You will collaborate with Guidewire developers throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to impactful projects while continuously refining processes and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Senior Engineer directing development teams and internal/external team members - Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components across the software stack - Identify root causes of complex software issues and develop practical solutions - Stay updated on new technologies, make recommendations, and assist in task planning and estimation - Mentor Software Engineers, enhance their skill/knowledge, and contribute to process improvements and best practices - Work closely with cross-functional teams and management, write, modify, and debug software for client applications - Remain composed and effective during crises, stay at the forefront of development practices Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Guidewire Integration/Configuration development - Experience in Guidewire Products integration, specifically BillingCenter - Proficiency in Gosu Queries, PCF, RuleSets, Validations, and Insurance domain knowledge - Familiarity with Plugins, Webservices, Messaging, Agile/Scrum Project Experience - Strong conceptual, analytical, and mathematical skills - Good to have Guidewire certification on Integration track, awareness of Cloud Implementation, and Agile experience About The Company: ValueMomentum, headquartered in New Jersey, US, is the largest standalone provider of IT Services and Solutions to Insurers.
