As an experienced Guidewire Automation Tester at Capgemini, your role will involve designing and implementing automation frameworks to ensure high-quality delivery of Guidewire applications. You will have strong expertise in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter modules, Selenium-based UI automation, and API testing. Your key responsibilities will include: Performing functional, regression, and integration testing for Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter. Designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. Implementing API automation for Guidewire services using Rest Assured or similar tools. Validating business workflows, rating engines, and policy/claim transactions. Collaborating with developers, BA, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. Your profile should include the following qualifications and experiences: Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Preparing and maintaining test cases, test data, and test documentation. Troubleshooting automation issues and optimizing scripts for performance and reliability. Working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning and reviews. Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter testing. Hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java for UI automation. Good knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP) and tools like Rest Assured. Familiarity with Guidewire architecture, configuration, and integration points. Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and test management tools (Jira, ALM). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
