Job Description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer - Guest Service Centre is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Service Centre within the Rooms Division and for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and staff both within the hotel and for external communications. Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations / Energetic and passionate individuals who are interested in making a career in hospitality are also welcome to apply. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. Knowledge of operating switchboard consoles, paging system, and other associated computer equipment would be an added advantage. Show more Show less
