Guest Services Associate - Housekeeping

As a Guest Services Associate - Housekeeping at Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your role will involve attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to all guests. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. - Replace linens, restock guest amenities, and ensure rooms are well-presented. - Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly. - Ensure cleaning supplies and trolleys are well-stocked and maintained. - Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of housekeeping storage areas. - Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly, courteous service. - Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. - Cooperate with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance, Laundry) to ensure smooth operations. - Participate in periodic deep cleaning and special cleaning projects. - Uphold hotel policies and service standards at all times. Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. - Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks. - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. In this role, your performance will be measured based on: - Guest satisfaction scores related to room cleanliness and service. - Timeliness and quality of room servicing. - Compliance with hygiene and safety standards. - Teamwork and cooperation with other departments.
