Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Road for a Guest Service Associate. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, handling customer inquiries and reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Daily tasks include interacting with guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality.

Qualifications

Guest Services and Guest Service skills
Customer Service skills
Experience in handling Reservations
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
