Job Description

As a Guest Service Associate at Radisson Hotel Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service within the Food & Beverage department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are executed to the highest standards. By working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, you will contribute to maximizing guest satisfaction and comfort by promptly responding to guest inquiries and needs. In this role, you will be expected to take ownership of your assigned duties and tasks, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and professionally. By aligning your efforts with departmental plans and objectives, you will help achieve hotel initiatives and targets. Additionally, you will work closely with your immediate report to control costs, manage inventory effectively, and maintain high levels of productivity and performance. Building and nurturing positive working relationships is key to success in this role, as you promote the company's culture and values. Compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices is essential, and you will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting activities to meet these requirements for both internal and external audits. While prior experience in food & beverage service is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. A hands-on approach, commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, and a passion for the hospitality industry are essential qualities for this role. You should demonstrate the ability to think creatively, take ownership of your tasks, and uphold personal integrity in a demanding environment that values excellence. Proficiency in working with IT systems across various platforms and strong communication skills are desired competencies for this position.
