About the Role

PVR INOX is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Service Associates. The role involves delivering an excellent movie-going experience by assisting guests across the Box Office, Concessions, and Auditorium operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Box Office

• Assist guests with movie ticket bookings, ticket collection, and show-related queries.
• Provide information about movie timings, seating, ticket prices, and offers.
• Handle guest queries and support smooth ticket counter operations.

2. Concessions (Food & Beverages)

• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.
• Handle billing and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of food counters.
• Ensure timely service and a positive guest experience.

3. Auditorium Operations

• Assist guests in locating their seats and checking tickets.
• Ensure auditorium cleanliness and readiness before and after every show.
• Support smooth entry and exit of guests.
• Report any guest concerns or operational issues to the supervisor.

4. Guest Service & Operations

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous assistance.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Follow company standards for grooming, hygiene, safety, and service quality.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily cinema operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above.
• Freshers and candidates with prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage operations may apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Flexibility to work across operational areas, including Box Office, Concessions, and Auditorium.
