Guest Service Associate

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours: 9 hours/day with 1 weekday off per week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences
• Coordinate and support events and operations
• Assist with VIP and high-profile guest services
• Escort and coordinate guests during events
• Handle customer interactions and operational requirements
• Support game operations and event activities
• Promote services and assist with sales
• Resolve customer concerns professionally

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability and composure under pressure
• Team-oriented approach
• Professional grooming and presentation

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
