Roles and Responsibilities
- Guest Service and Customer Experience
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional, and prompt service.
- Assist guests with queries related to movie timings, auditorium locations, seating, tickets, and cinema facilities.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns politely and escalate unresolved issues to the Duty Manager.
- Ensure a comfortable and memorable movie-going experience for all guests.
- Food and Beverage Operations
- Take guest orders and serve food and beverages as per company standards.
- Operate POS and billing systems accurately and generate bills for all transactions.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods responsibly.
- Maintain proper hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the food and beverage area.
- Ensure correct order preparation, timely delivery, and proper stock handling.
- Ticketing and Auditorium Operations
- Assist guests with ticket-related queries and guide them to the correct auditorium.
- Check tickets and support entry management wherever assigned.
- Maintain orderly guest movement during entry, interval, and exit.
- Help ensure that guests follow cinema policies and auditorium guidelines.
- Sales and Revenue Generation
- Promote food and beverage products, combos, add-ons, and ongoing offers to guests.
- Recommend suitable products to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Meet assigned sales, upselling, and customer service targets.
- Ensure that all products issued or sold are billed correctly and that no unauthorized transactions take place.
- Safety and Security
- Follow company safety, security, and emergency procedures.
- Report suspicious activities, lost-and-found items, accidents, or guest safety concerns to the Duty Manager.
- Assist guests during emergencies and follow instructions from the designated safety team.
- Comply with fire safety, food safety, and other applicable operational standards.
- Teamwork and Operational Discipline
- Coordinate with Duty Managers, fellow Service Associates, and other cinema teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow assigned shifts, attendance procedures, grooming standards, and uniform policies.
- Attend training sessions, briefings, and operational meetings as required.
- Perform duties in other operational areas as assigned by the Duty Manager or management.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service standards.
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and stock records wherever assigned.
- Report customer feedback, operational issues, stock shortages, and equipment breakdowns to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain professional conduct, honesty, and accountability at all times.

Overall Objective: To ensure smooth cinema operations by delivering excellent guest service, maintaining operational and hygiene standards, supporting food and beverage sales, and contributing to the overall success of PVR INOX Cinemas.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,628.00 per month
