Guest Service Associate- F&B HIEX BLREP

As a team member in the hospitality industry, your primary role is to provide excellent guest service and ensure operational efficiency in the F&B areas of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting guests, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to brand standards. - Welcome and greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and handle requests and complaints courteously. - Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing during breakfast service according to Holiday Inn Express standards. - Serve food and beverages professionally, clear tables efficiently, and maintain dining areas" cleanliness. - Follow proper procedures for order-taking, billing, and ensure compliance with hygiene and brand standards. - Monitor stock levels of cutlery, crockery, and buffet supplies, reporting shortages to the supervisor. - Work closely with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations. - Follow hotel SOPs, brand standards, and service guidelines, attending training sessions and briefings. - Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards such as HACCP and FSSAI compliance. - Education: High School diploma or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred. - Experience: Prior F&B or restaurant service experience preferred; freshers may be considered. - Skills: Good communication skills in basic English, positive attitude, ability to multitask, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
