Guest Relationship Executive (Host/hostess)

Location: Kaniyapuram
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 (Based on experience)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Week Off: Available (Sunday is a working day)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Front office staff to join our team at our jewellery showroom in Trivandrum. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and a flair for creating a welcoming environment. The role involves assisting in managing customer relations, providing administrative support, and helping the sales team deliver an exceptional showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive and memorable experience.
• Support sales staff with customer queries and product information, ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle administrative tasks related to customer management and showroom operations.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and the sales team.
• Help maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure it remains organized and welcoming.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification of Plus Two (12th) or Degree.
• Freshers can also apply
• Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Local candidates (nearby Kaniyapuram) will be given preference.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented with a professional attitude.

Salary:

• ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a weekly day off. Sunday will be a working day.
