Job Summary: The Guest Relationship Executive plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for clients visiting the hair transplant clinic. From the first interaction to post-treatment follow-ups, the GRE is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting consultation flow, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities1. Client Reception & Onboarding Greet all clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Assist new walk-ins and appointment-based clients in check-in procedures Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front-desk area 2. Appointment Management Schedule and confirm consultations, follow-ups, and treatment sessions Manage daily appointment calendar and coordinate with medical staff Minimize wait times and ensure timely patient flow 3. Communication & Follow-Up Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails for inquiries Follow up with leads from digital campaigns and convert them into appointments Remind clients of upcoming consultations or procedures 4. Consultation Support Brief clients on what to expect during hair consultations Coordinate with the doctor/trichologist for smooth handoff Ensure all client data and consent forms are filled and stored properly 5. Feedback & Relationship Building Collect post-treatment feedback from clients Address concerns or route them to the appropriate department Build long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat visits and referrals 6. Coordination with Clinical & Marketing Teams Coordinate with clinical team on daily schedules and client flow Support marketing team by sharing testimonials, success stories, or reviews Alert management about any high-profile or sensitive clients Key Skills Required: Excellent communication in English + regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, etc.) Client-facing confidence & polished appearance Basic knowledge of hair transplant or aesthetic clinic operations (preferred) CRM & appointment management software experience Empathy, patience & sales-minded approach Qualifications: Graduate in Hospitality / Healthcare / Business or related field 1–3 years experience in front office or guest handling in a clinic, salon, or hotel preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,324.22 - ₹29,729.92 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9740803301
