Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Hostess located in Chennai. The Guest Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, assisting with seating arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members and managing inventories and renewing purchases with vendor.
