Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Hostess located in Chennai. The Guest Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, assisting with seating arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members and managing inventories and renewing purchases with vendor. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills Reservations and Phone Etiquette skills Communication skills Excellent organizational skills and vendor relationship management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
