I have interview in guardian it was 2 round first technical and followed by manager. Two panel members for technical all about my previous experience and project and manager round just formal discussion on the same day they told me I got selected but atlast after 3 days they told I have not been shortlisted so hopeless experience.

worst in place. i have been asked to attend interview. completed two rounds on same day and had another discussion over phone from their top management. after that they never called back. not even an update from them.
