GSOC Associate- Customer Service

As a GSOC Associate - Customer Service at Pinkerton, you will play a pivotal role in handling critical communications and supporting essential security functions for one of our largest global clients. You will serve as a vital connection between Pinkerton and the client, embodying our core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling time-sensitive email correspondence for security and safety matters - Processing and documenting site-specific issues and incidents - Managing confidential information with the utmost discretion - Triaging and escalating urgent security and safety concerns - Supporting global customers across different time zones - Providing professional support for workplace environment requests - Creating clear, detailed documentation for incident tracking - Performing any other duties as assigned Qualifications required for this role include: - Associate degree (Bachelors preferred) in international affairs/relations, business, emergency management, political science, criminal justice, or related discipline - Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Critical thinking abilities and excellent judgment - Proficiency in Computer skills Microsoft Office - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Professional demeanor in handling sensitive information - Proficient typing and documentation skills - Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy - Customer service experience, preferred - Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment - Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities - Capability to remain calm and focused during urgent situations It is essential to note that working conditions may include regular computer usage, occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, operating office equipment, frequent sitting, flexibility to work different shifts, willingness to assist the team with overtime, and occasional travel as required.
