Build and grow relationships with affiliates, SDK networks, OEM partners, content apps, and sub-publishers to scale quality CPI/CPA supply. Balance hunting new partners with nurturing active ones. Responsibilities: Hunt & Onboard: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new publishers; finalize basic commercials (payouts, caps, credit cycles) and agreements/IOs. Partner Management: Run regular check-ins (email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn), share creatives/requirements, handle day-to-day queries, and resolve escalations quickly. Grow Supply: Reactivate dormant partners, test new geos/placements, and lift caps based on performance. Fit & Testing: Match partner inventory to campaign needs; propose test plans and track early results with Media Ops. Coordination: Work closely with Media Ops for clean setups (links, postbacks, macros) and with Product/Marketing for simple partner updates or collateral. Reporting: Maintain clean Sheets/CRM notes; track partner growth, retention, and satisfaction Key Requirements: 1-3 years in affiliate/supply partnerships / publisher development at a performance network or app UA company. Working understanding of CPI/CPA models, basic tracking (S2S postbacks/macros), and MMP basics (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch). Strong relationship-building and communication skills; fast, professional responses. Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivots, lookups) and Docs/Slides; comfort with CRM. Nice to Have: Existing contacts across India/SEA/MENA (affiliates, SDK/OEM). Awareness of fraud/red flags (CTIT anomalies, emulator/device farm signals). Basic SQL/BI exposure (not mandatory).
