Now, we’re looking for a Sales Leader who can take full ownership of our revenue function. 🎯 The Opportunity This isn’t a typical sales manager role. We’re looking for someone who can: Build and lead the entire inside sales function Manage a global sales pipeline across India, North America and MENA Work with the founder and cross-functional teams to close high-value deals Mentor and scale a small but driven BDR/intern team Set up and optimise CRM systems, outreach workflows, and reporting You’ll shape our entire go-to-market motion — from lead generation to client onboarding — and be directly involved in building a high-performance revenue engine. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Ambassador - Artificial Intelligence Business. The Ambassador will be responsible for promoting AI solutions, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and representing the company at industry events. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, creating content to support AI business initiatives, and collaborating with the technical team to align product offerings with market needs. ✅ Skills & Experience We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience in inside sales, pipeline management, and B2B client acquisition Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and sales automation Expertise in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and managing lead-gen workflows Ability to train, manage, and grow a sales team A consultative, outcome-driven sales approach with excellent communication skills Strategic understanding of content-led sales and performance-based funnels A collaborative and flexible mindset, with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment CRM & Sales Tools Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, pipeline management, lead scoring Product & Tech Knowledge SaaS platforms, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity basics Data & Analytics Sales forecasting, data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), market analysis Technical Communication Translating complex tech into business value, consultative selling Digital Marketing Fluency SEO/SEM basics, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp) Contract & Deal Structuring Pricing models, licensing agreements, ROI modeling AI & Emerging Tech Understanding of AI/ML applications, automation trends, digital transformation 🔧 Bonus Skills That Add Value API familiarity – Knowing how products integrate with other platforms Cybersecurity awareness – Especially relevant to handle sensitive data Technical writing – For proposals, RFPs, and client documentation 💡 Soft Skills with Technical Impact Strategic negotiation Cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams Adaptability to tech evolution Emotional intelligence for client engagement Experience with global markets, particularly North America, is valuable in this role. 📈 What You’ll Own Leading the sales strategy and execution Setting up and optimizing the lead → pitch → close pipeline Collaborating with content, performance, and automation teams Guiding and reviewing sales team performance Personally handling and closing select high-value opportunities Reporting directly to the founder and contributing to overall growth planning 💼 Engagement You'll work directly with the founding team Add Revenue share based on earnings from all closed deals, solo or team-driven You’ll help shape how global businesses discover and engage with growth partners Post 3 months: Promotion in the Core team, Option to move to a Higher base + Maange New BU Launch + Incentives + ESOP. ✨ Why Join Growth Thinkers LLP?
