Growth & Strategy Strategic Initiatives

As a member of the Strategic Initiatives team at AssetPlus, you will be responsible for driving growth through innovative experiments and projects. Your role will involve a mix of structured execution, marketing expertise, and creative problem-solving in both short-term pilots and long-term initiatives. Here is what you can expect in this role: - Take early-stage ideas and convert them into testable pilots. Define hypotheses, design test mechanics, set metrics, and execute fast loops with documented learnings. - Own timelines, resource planning, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination across multiple projects involving marketing, operations, product, training, or external partners. - Bring deep familiarity with marketing funnels, creatives, messaging, and digital + offline execution. Collaborate with the marketing team or directly manage campaigns for specific initiatives. - Apply first-principles thinking to solve unclear problems. Be comfortable iterating with imperfect data, ambiguous mandates, or non-standard tools. - Set up dashboards, feedback systems, or cohort-level tracking. Extract insights, run retros, and build internal documentation/playbooks from each pilot. - Navigate across functions, from briefing designers to aligning operations, coordinating with external advisors, and looping in founders when needed. This role requires 3-6 years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment, preferably in a cross-functional or generalist role. You should have strong marketing literacy, proven project management skills, and the ability to work comfortably in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a bias for action and end-to-end ownership. Experience with scale initiatives, go-to-market pilots, or strategic partnerships is a bonus.,
