Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic team at Wesolveforyou, dedicated to helping businesses achieve exponential sales growth through our Omni Channel approach. Your role will involve diversifying online and offline channels, optimizing sales strategies, and effectively positioning products for target customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, manage, execute/oversee, and strategize performance marketing campaigns from scratch to drive consistent revenue growth. - Act as the point of contact for all account-related matters, maintaining strong relationships with D2C clients. - Develop tailored solutions and strategies based on clients" business objectives, marketing strategies, and performance goals. - Scale campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google to maximize reach and impact. - Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. - Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization to improve campaign performance and drive results. - Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns and initiatives effectively. - Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations. - Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with clients" objectives, budget constraints, and industry trends. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on D2C clients; experience with a Digital Marketing Agency is desirable. - Proven track record of managing client accounts, driving results, and exceeding targets. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in team leadership, coaching, and development. - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.,
