This is a high-velocity, execution-focused operational role. The team member will be solely
responsible for identifying, vetting, and relentlessly managing all external marketing vendors
and agencies (Content, SEO, Performance, etc.). You must be a fierce advocate for quality and
speed, ensuring all outsourced marketing projects deliver measurable results on time, on
budget, and align perfectly with our high-margin growth strategy.
About The Role
? Define the Scope of Work (SOW) for content, performance, and SEO needs, then
contract the best specialist agencies.
? 3-5 high-performing, cost-effective agencies must be contracted and fully onboarded
within the first 45 days.
? Serve as the single point of contact for all external vendors, establishing aggressive
weekly targets and conducting rigorous performance reviews.
? Maintain 90% compliance on all contracted deliverables and ensure you deliver a
maximum ROI on costs
? Ensure seamless and timely collaboration between external agencies, the internal
Marketing Manager, and key stakeholders (Sales/TA).
? Time-to-Market for new campaigns must be reduced by 25% by eliminating internal and
external blockers.
? Own the marketing budget ledger and all agency/vendor costs, providing financial
transparency and spend-to-performance reporting.
? Build and maintain a structured digital repository for all contracts, final creative assets,
and performance data.
? A complete, searchable marketing knowledge base must be established and fully
documented by the end of Q2.
? Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B vendor management, project
management, or client-side marketing operations.
? Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage multiple external agencies (Content,
SEO, Performance) simultaneously for global campaigns.
? Strong acumen in budget management with a clear focus on tracking spend against
measurable outputs and business ROI.
? Ability to generate spend-to-performance reports for the CEO, ensuring 0% unapproved
overspend on agency retainers.
? Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a high-velocity
environment with no existing internal team structure.
? Familiarity with marketing workflows and dedicated discipline to meet aggressive
deadlines and Time-to-Market goals.
? Possesses an extreme sense of ownership and a non-negotiable get the shit done
attitude in a zero-structure environment.
? Must be a single point of contact (SPOC) capable of driving execution from agencies
while communicating status clearly to leadership.
