CTC: ₹6.8 LPA – ₹7.2 LPA (includes fixed + incentives + allowances)

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Growth & Marketing Partner to join Dhun Jam Entertainment Private Limited.

This is a field + marketing role that combines partnership building, social media marketing, and community engagement with resto-bars, pubs, and artists across Bangalore.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to venues like resto-bars and pubs through walk-ins, meetings, or your personal network.
• Pitch Dhun Jam and explain its value to venues and artists.
• Onboard venues and artists onto the Dhun Jam platform and ensure smooth setup.
• Ensure consistent operations at venues by solving challenges related to Dhun Jam usage.
• Build a strong network in Bangalore’s nightlife, music, and hospitality industry.
• Create and manage social media content to showcase partnerships, artists, and Dhun Jam events.
• Handle social media accounts and ensure consistent engagement.
• Support marketing initiatives and drive venue activations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills (fluency in multiple languages preferred).
• Must be comfortable traveling across Bangalore.
• Open to visiting pubs and resto-bars during both day and night.
• No educational qualification mandatory – passion, energy, and networking skills matter more.
• Strong interest in marketing, partnerships, and music-based community building.
• Freshers are welcome – this role is designed for people who want to kickstart their career in marketing + partnerships + nightlife industry.
