Key Responsibilities Visit and pitch Dhun Jam to resto-bars and pubs across Bangalore through walk-ins, appointments, and referrals. Onboard new venues onto the Dhun Jam platform and support them through activation and initial setup. Identify and onboard local artists, DJs, and performers to perform at Dhun Jam-enabled venues. Provide operational support to ensure smooth functioning and issue resolution for venue partners using the platform. Build and maintain a strong network across the nightlife and entertainment ecosystem. Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term retention of both venues and artists. Who You Are Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore for meetings and venue visits.
