ConsultEase is a new-age platform connecting people with verified experts in Legal, Taxation, and Finance for instant and scheduled consultations. We’re gearing up for launch and looking for a creative, tech-savvy marketer who can strategize, create, and execute growth campaigns using digital tools and AI.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute month-wise growth campaigns to attract both experts and users.

Identify new marketing opportunities across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

Create launch campaigns, email funnels, and influencer collaborations to boost app downloads and engagement.

Content & Creatives

Design eye-catching graphics, reels, and social posts using Canva, CapCut, and AI tools (like ChatGPT, Runway, Synthesia, etc.).

Write compelling captions, ad copies, and short video scripts.

Use AI creatively for generating ideas, videos, and visuals that align with the brand voice.

Community & Expert Onboarding

Reach out to legal, finance, and tax professionals for onboarding.

Communicate brand value, guide experts through the signup process, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Engage with community members, respond to DMs/comments, and maintain consistent communication.

Paid & Organic Marketing

Manage small ad budgets across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.

Track campaign performance and optimize spend for conversions.

Experiment with viral hooks, WhatsApp outreach, and influencer tie-ups.

Analytics & Growth Reporting

Maintain dashboards for expert acquisition, user signups, and engagement metrics.

Suggest actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to the founders.

Skills & Tools

Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Runway, Synthesia (or similar AI content tools).

Meta Ads / Google Ads basics.

Email and WhatsApp marketing (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, WhatsApp Business).

Basic understanding of SEO, Reels/Shorts trends, and YouTube marketing.

Strong English communication and creative storytelling skills.

Salary 15-30k
