Job Description: As a Marketing Analytics professional, your role will involve identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop a thorough understanding of the products, users, and acquisition channels. You will be responsible for helping solve three key problems of Growth Marketing - Whom to target (Propensity), How to target (Channel), and when (Time) to target for optimizing the CAC for the business. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop the channel mix & testing strategy for each campaign. Your role will also include running exploratory analysis to uncover new areas of opportunity, generating hypotheses, and quickly assessing the potential upside of a given opportunity. Working closely with data engineering, you will develop and implement new analytical tools and improve the underlying data infrastructure. Analyzing, forecasting, and building custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics, as well as split-test results, and make recommendations based on analytics and test findings. Effective presentation and communication of analysis to the company to drive business decisions is a crucial aspect of this role. Qualification Required: - B.Tech from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute - 2-4 years of experience Key Responsibilities: - Help solve three key problems of Growth Marketing - Develop the channel mix & testing strategy for each campaign - Run exploratory analysis to uncover new areas of opportunity - Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools - Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports - Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics - Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings - Effectively present and communicate analysis to the company Additional Information: The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant proven experience from numbers-driven and analytical marketing environments, perhaps in an online consumer business or a Bank/NBFC. Strong data handling, interpretive, and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to process a large volume of transaction-level data and efficiently derive actionable results. Proficiency in R/Python, SQL, Tableau, and Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, is essential for this role.,
