Growth Marketing Analyst- Assistant Manager/Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop a thorough understanding of the products, users, and acquisition channels. Key Responsibilities: - Help solve three problems of Growth Marketing - Whom to target (Propensity), How to target (Channel) and when (Time) to target for optimizing the CAC for the business - Develop the channel mix & testing strategy for each campaign by collaborating with internal teams - Run exploratory analysis to uncover new areas of opportunity, generate hypotheses, and quickly assess the potential upside of a given opportunity - Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools and improve our underlying data infrastructure - Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company - Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings - Effectively present and communicate analysis to the company to drive business decisions Qualifications: - B.Tech from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute with 2-4 years of experience Additional Details: You should have 2-4 years of relevant proven experience from numbers-driven and analytical marketing environments, perhaps in an online consumer business or a Bank/NBFC. Strong data handling, interpretive, and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to process a large volume of transaction-level data and efficiently derive actionable results. Proficiency in R/Python, SQL, Tableau, and Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables is necessary for this role.,
