Role Overview

As a Growth Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of scaling user acquisition, partnerships, and brand visibility. You’ll work closely with the founding team to experiment, analyze, and execute growth strategies across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing growth campaigns across social media, email, and referral channels
• Conduct market research to identify new user segments and partnership opportunities
• Support outreach to real estate professionals, legal firms, and student communities
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest data-driven optimizations
• Contribute to content creation for blogs, newsletters, and landing pages
• Help organize webinars, demo sessions, and community-building initiatives

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about startups, growth hacking, and emerging tech
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics)
• Self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation
• Background in marketing, business, or tech preferred
