Growth Architect - Strategic Initiatives

As a member of the Strategic Initiatives team at AssetPlus, your role will involve working on various experiments aimed at unlocking new growth opportunities. You will be responsible for designing and executing testable pilots, managing projects across stakeholders, integrating marketing strategies, solving problems creatively, tracking performance, orchestrating cross-functional efforts, and taking end-to-end ownership of initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute experiments by converting early-stage ideas into testable pilots, defining hypotheses, setting metrics, and documenting learnings. - Manage projects by owning timelines, resource planning, progress tracking, and coordinating with stakeholders across different functions. - Integrate marketing strategies by collaborating with the marketing team, managing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with marketing funnels and messaging. - Solve problems creatively by applying first-principles thinking, iterating with imperfect data, and prototyping rapidly. - Track performance by setting up dashboards, feedback systems, and cohort-level tracking, extracting insights, and building internal documentation. - Orchestrate cross-functional efforts by navigating across functions, briefing designers, aligning operations, coordinating with external advisors, and involving founders when needed. - Demonstrate a bias for action and end-to-end ownership by scoping pilots, initiating documentation, executing tasks, and ensuring project completion without delays. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment, preferably in a cross-functional or generalist role. - Strong marketing literacy with knowledge of performance channels, campaign mechanics, messaging, and positioning. - Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. - Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and unstructured problem-solving. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefing, persuading, and synthesizing information. - Bonus points if you have experience working on scale initiatives, go-to-market pilots, or strategic partnerships.,
