Role Overview

Join our Growth & Activation Team to help stores go digital. This is not a typical sales executive role, it’s about activating real users for a tech product.

• Travel to stores across Kerala
• Show store owners how Flyerworks works
• Help them create their first flyer
• Support them in subscribing
• Collect on-ground feedback and insights

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent in Malayalam
• Owns a bike and a laptop
• Confident speaking to small business owners
• Willing to travel and meet 4–5 stores daily
• Experience in field sales is a plus
• Startup-minded and growth-driven

Compensation & Growth

• ₹15,000 fixed monthly salary
• ₹5,000 bonus for just 10 store closures/month
• Up to ₹30,000+ total monthly earning potential
