Group Monitoring Center Administrator

Role Overview: Fortuna Entertainment Group is looking for a Monitoring Centre Administrator to join their team in Hyderabad. As a Monitoring Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for Monitoring Centre 24x7 operations and contributing to key IT Service Operation processes at the FEG Group level. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with internal Service Level Agreements and actively monitoring the IT environment and service metrics to maintain maximum availability and performance of FEG services. You will also be the single point of contact for incidents and technical issues from FEG affiliates, customer operations units, and retail branches. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for incidents and technical issues from FEG affiliates, customer operations units, and retail branches. - Monitor FEG IT environment and service metrics to ensure maximum availability and performance of FEG services. - Identify, assess, record, resolve, and escalate incidents and service requests within agreed time limits and processes. - Coordinate ongoing changes/deployments in the FEG IT environment and correlate incidents to these changes. - Communicate with customer operations and bookmaking units to understand customer complaints and impact during active incidents. - Escalate major service disruptions to Emergency Incident Manager and support in making appropriate decisions/actions. - Share information about past and active incidents with peers and superiors to ensure smooth handover and continuity between working shifts.
