Job Description

Role Overview: As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of finance personnel handling specific Finance functions across the organization. Your role will involve financial modelling scenario analysis, forming cross-group and cross-functional partnerships, large scale transformation and project management, building robust financial models, providing strategic direction and objectives, and supervising managers while maintaining confidential information. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial modelling scenario analysis and opportunity sizing - Form cross-group and cross-functional partnerships to achieve goals, demonstrating strong business partnering skills - Lead large scale transformation and project management initiatives - Develop robust financial models to support decision making frameworks - Partner with project teams to provide finance expertise and guidance - Provide strategic direction and objectives, and help develop the scorecard for the team - Monitor and assess the post-implementation impact of risk management strategies - Supervise managers and mentor team members on standard operating procedures - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Qualifications Required: - Strong process-driven individual with the ability to influence positive changes - Team player with a positive attitude - Proficient in financial statements and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - Excellent analytical skills and managerial finance knowledge - Ability to implement change management seamlessly and build successful teams - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in accounting processes and systems, including AP, AR, GL, and costing - Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Experience in managing global transfer pricing documentation and audits - Familiarity with intercompany dynamics and transfer pricing models Company Details: The company focuses on overseeing the preparation and review of global transfer pricing documentation, managing transfer pricing audits, conducting financial and economic analyses related to intercompany transactions, and ensuring alignment of intercompany agreements with transfer pricing policies.
